  • Role Description

    The Business Development Manager will support with the overall growth of the company’s sales and partnerships.

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities for partnerships. You will be responsible for researching and identifying new partners, meeting with them to understand their business and needs, presenting Open Weaver’s products and value propositions, building and maintaining positive relationships.

    Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the growth and development of new partnership opportunities.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a partnership/sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients/partners and relevant partnership information.
  • Reach out to prospect partners via email/call, set up introductory meetings and make the first sales/partnership pitch.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Network extensively through online and offline forums and events to build company presence and connect with prospect partners.
  • Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional degree with an MBA in sales or marketing.
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, or partnership development
  • Excellent presentation, written and communication skills with a passion for networking and relationship building.
